The artist of the song is a reference to the eurobeat band m.o.v.e (also known as move), who made music for Initial D, and to moé.
The male singer is Tominaga “Tommy” Hiroaki. He later released “Gravity” as track 2 of his 2013 album, Tominaga TOMMY Hiroaki.[1]
