The artist of the song is a reference to the eurobeat band m.o.v.e (also known as move), who made music for Initial D.
The male singer is Tominaga “Tommy” Hiroaki. He later released “Gravity” as track 2 of his 2013 album, Tominaga TOMMY Hiroaki.[1]
