“KACHIGUMI” is the opening theme of the Miyakawa-ke no kūfuku anime, and the A side of KACHIGUMI. It is performed by Izumi Konata (Hirano Aya) and Hiiragi Kagami (Katō Emiri). The title is the romanization of 勝ち組 and translates to “winners”, describing the main characters of Lucky Star, contrasting with the ending theme “MAKEGUMI”, which translates to “losers”, describing the main characters of Miyakawa-ke no kūfuku.
